Krasen Ivanov was born on June 18, 1955, in the town of Razgrad, Bulgaria.
As a student, he studied piano at the “Iliya Burnev” Music School under the tutelage of piano teacher Rutska Tsolova, a student of Dimitar Nenov.
He graduated from the National Academy of Music “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov”, in the class of choral conducting of Prof. Dimitar Ruskov. During his studies, he also attended composition classes with Prof. Alexander Tanev and symphonic conducting with Prof. Vladi Simeonov. Rada Slavinska is a Professor of Conducting at the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts in Plovdiv, a corresponding member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Arts, and a member of the Union of the Bulgarian Composers.
She is a graduate of the Plovdiv Music School, where she studied piano with Elena Staneva, and of the Higher Institute of Music and Pedagogy (today’s Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts “Prof. Asen Diamandiev”), where she studied choral conducting with Krikor Chetinyan and orchestral conducting with Ivan Spassov. Marieta Seklemova is the artistic director and conductor of the „Milka Stoeva“ Choral School at the International Youth Cultural Center, Burgas.
She graduated from the „Prof. Pancho Vladigerov“ Music School in Burgas, majoring in cello, and completed her higher education at the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts in Plovdiv, where she graduated with a degree in Music Pedagogy. She specialized in classical singing in the class of Prof. Kalina Zhekova. Since 1996, she has worked at the „Milka Stoeva“ Choral School as a vocal pedagogue and assistant conductor. Since 2023, she has been the artistic director and conductor of the choral school.

Valentina Georgieva, PhD is a conductor, a music pedagogue, a leader of children’s vocal groups, a president of the Association „Musical world-Balchik“, a creator and artistic director of the International choir festival „Chernomorski zvutsi“. She is an alumnus of „Prof. Asen Diamandiev“ Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts, in Plovdiv; she specialized in choral conducting at „Prof. Pancho Vladigerov“ State Music Academy in Sofia and in 2013 she received a PhD at New Bulgarian University.
